- If you are still discontented with our services and the matter cannot be resolved with our Customer Service team, any dispute relating to this Agreement shall be submitted via the European Commission platform for online, out of court, resolution of disputes, known as Online Dispute Resolution platform (the “ODR”). You can access the ODR via the link http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. It is your sole responsibility to check if the ODR is the right platform for your claim and you warrant that you have read the ODR’s instructions, terms, and conditions before submitting your claim via the ODR.
- Having the ODR’s link on our website does not automatically mean we will engage in the process. Hence, it is good practice to ask us before starting the procedure.
- In case that the ODR process will fail or will be non-optional, any dispute relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively to the competent court located in Luxembourg.
