- Countries where we currently deliver. - Delivery Time. Processing your order usually takes a single business day. We are using several shipping and delivery carriers. Each carrier has a different delivery period and actual delivery will usually take an additional 2-8 business days. Tracking information from the carrier, to the extent available, will be sent to you via email within 2 business days so that you can follow your order.
- Issues with Delivery. If there is an error or any other issue with the delivery of the Products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of the delivery date or in case the delivery was not made – 14 days following the estimated delivery date. - Ratenkauf: Mit dem Finanzierungsservice von Klarna können Sie Ihren Einkauf flexibel in monatlichen Raten von mindestens 1/24 des Gesamtbetrages (mindestens jedoch 6,95 EUR) oder unter den sonst in der Kasse angegebenen Bedingungen bezahlen. Die Ratenzahlung ist jeweils zum Ende des Monats nach Übersendung einer Monatsrechnung durch Klarna fällig. - Sofortüberweisung: Die Belastung Ihres Kontos erfolgt unmittelbar nach Abgabe der Bestellung.
